Open Gyms and Club Tryouts Fall 2025

We have a couple spots available on our 16 Boys teams.

If you are interested, email eddie.chen@redrockvolleyball.com and complete the make-up tryout form. We'll schedule a time to evaluate you.

Tryouts and open gyms are available to anyone interested in club volleyball.  You do not need NCVA membership or tryout membership for our tryouts.

We encourage everyone to attend open gyms prior to tryouts.  This is a great way to get to know the coaches and learn about our program.

Red Rock Alameda will be participating in the West Coast Volleyball Association Boys Power League

$60 for Tryouts and ALL Open Gyms

$50 for Tryouts Only

$25 for Open Gym Individual

TRYOUTS Friday Aug 8th, 2025

15/16, 5:30-7pm

13/14, 7:30-9pm

Make-Up Tryouts, Sun Aug 10th, 6-7pm

Red Rock Alameda will be having:

13/14 Boys Team (Typically 6-8th graders)

15/16 Boys Team (Typically 9-10th graders)

Depending on the turnout, we may have additional teams in these age groups.

12U, Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013 (Generally 6th graders)

13U, Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012 (Generally 7th graders)

14U, Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011 (Generally 8th graders)

(If you are a U15 boy by age division, but are in 8th grade, you can still play 14U.)

15U, Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010 (Generally 9th graders)

16U, Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009 (Generally 10th graders)
